How to reset/reformat a phone:

i didn’t put password on my memory card but when i reset my factory setting on nokia c5-03 after this memory card demands for password .how i can unlock my memory card

I’m using nokia c5-03 did a reset to my phone with *#7370# having sim card and memory card in place. when i switch on it ask me for enter memory card password, which i don’t have.

@peter.. if you remember the correct password that you set before and you are sure that you r typing right security code but your phone says Wrong pass word then dont worry all nokia phones have a security feature that phn will not accept ANY password if you entered repeatedly 08 wrong password entries at the same time. if you are facing this problem then please wait for one or two hours then enter right password..hope you will get success.
and another case you have to go service point like nokia care they will reset your phones Tuning And Maintenance settings.. Hope You will get the right answer. . from me..

My symbian nokia c5-06 restarts unexpectedly. Pls kindly tell me what I should do. There is a issue about phone memory too. My phone memory just decreases and I don’t what is taking the memory. I Have a Nokia 81 had it for a while with the full memory issue, I did the reset which would not prompt the format message nor would the reset code complete itself. methods that I have tried have been a temporary solution and I’m fed up. Now the damn phone wont boot. time to get a newie.

Unfortunately I failed to upgrade the software to my Nokia 6220 Classic because I had plugged in the USB cable into the front of my computer. Nokia Software Updater then said that you should not plug the cable in to any kind of USB adapters and so on – AFTER downloading and starting to format my phone.

Now it wont start. When holding down the “on” button it just vibrate a little and the screen lights up a little bit, then it goes back to completely black again. I have tried to hold down “green button” + “3″ + “*” and turn the phone on, but it does not seem to begin formatting. I have tried it at least tree times. Does anyone know for how long I should hold down the combination? Or how I should do otherwise? Shocked

I’d be very happy if someone could help me with this!
