Lets get to the point straight!
You have to open a *.jar file for example in WinRar and than open file “manifest.mf” from folder “META-INF”. Than write there this in the end:
Nokia-MIDlet-Original-Display-Size: 176,208
Nokia-MIDlet-Target-Display-Size: 352,416
First is original resolution of game and the second is the resolution of your phone.”
Detailed Info:
Open the jar(with winrar)
->open META-INF(directory)
->Open manifest.mf(drag it to your desktop and open it with notepad)-add the two lines Nokia-MIDlet-Original-Display-Size: 176,208 (the original resolution of the game)
Nokia-MIDlet-Target-Display-Size: 352,416 (the resolution of you phone)
->Drag the edited manifest.mf back to your jar(in meta-inf directory)
->Close Winrar
->Send to phone
->Enjoy!

Sabretooth,
the reason u r having this invalid error is, u have extracted the whole jar file & zipped again after modification.
but, u should not extract the whole file. rather open the jar file with winrar or similar. Then, go to meta-inf. There u will get the manifest file. drag the manifest.mf in ur desktop. then edit it following chaos’s rule. After that drag the edited manifest into the winrar window (from the place u dragged the manifest for the first time). Then save it.
That should help u avoid the invalid error.
Now, for the main problem. I did everything. But, still the game resolution didn change at all in mobile. I tried to change the resolution from 176×208 to 240×320. Nothing happened. Any help on this?
